Less than $450 per year?

Do you have questions relating to your eCommerce business but no one who you can ask?

I totally understand. I was in that position when I started selling online. I didn't need one on one coaching or hand-holding, but it would have been helpful to be able to talk to someone who had "been there" when I had questions…

Well, I am here for you.

My eCom Catalyst program puts you in direct contact with me, Audrey Kerwood, each and every month.

Check it out here:

It consists of 3 monthly calls - the first is a training and Q & A call where I share my experience on the topic of the month and then answer your questions.

The second is a guest expert call where I interview an expert on the topic of the month and then allow you to ask them your questions live. Some previous guest experts have included: Leslie Rohde - SEO Expert, Chris Malta - eCommerce Expert, Owner of Worldwide Brands, Linda Bustos - eCommerce Trend Expert - Owner of, Vin Montello - The Godfather of Copywriting, Mike Wesely - Social Media Expert - Formerly ranked #1 in the World on Twitter, Sherman Hu - Video, Blogging, and New Media Expert… and that's just naming a few.

The third is an open Q & A call where you can ask me anything and everything about eCommerce. These calls go on as long as there are questions, I will always answer everyone's questions every time.

Plus you have 24/7 access to the eCom Catalyst online forum where all members can interact and ask questions whenever they come up. I'm in there personally everyday answering questions and offering resources that will benefit your eCommerce business.

You also get access to the last 14 months of the recorded calls. All those experts that you missed, you get to learn from. All the training and Q & A sessions are yours to listen to at your convenience.

Each and everyone of the eCom Catalyst members has seen an increase in their business since joining the group. This is a winning team you want to be part of.

And… it only costs $37 per month. You can't beat that, I dare you to try…

5 Things You Didn't Know About Link Liberation 2

If you didn't watch yesterday's video release, there's probably still quite a few things that you don't know about Leslie Rohde and Dan Thies's "Link Liberation 2.0"...

LL2 is the new course/software that Dan and Les have just opened for new students/users for a limited time. It's a game changer when it comes to how business will get backlinks from now on...

But here's a list of 5 things about Link Liberation that you wouldn't know unless you watched their video:

1. It's 12 Weeks of Training. Not just about link building, but SEO basics, content creation - even outsourcing so you can hire other people to do all the work for you...

2. Dan and Leslie are Part of the Program. They're there all 12 weeks, in the members' forums, and on the group coaching calls.

3. There's Software. So as you learn the methods, you can immediately implement them in their custom built software. PLUS, it's flexible enough to give access to groups of outsourcers so they can do the "busy work" for you...

(That's worth mentioning TWICE!)

4. 30 day Guarantee. You'll have 5 Modules of content before you even have to decide to keep it. If you change your mind, you get a full, no-hassle refund.

5. It's Affordable. You can pre-pay for access for one year and save 30%. Or you can go with the monthly subscription plan and just pay as you go.

I think this is a killer "Mafia" offer (hard to refuse)... It's worth checking out just to see how top-notch marketing is done. :) If you want full details on ANY of the topics above, everything you need to know is in the video.

It's a LIVE Course, delivered directly by Les and Dan. That means even if they don't fill up (which they should), they still have to close the doors to start the course. So if getting top search ranks is a struggle for you, act fast. Just watch this and decide.

And as an added bonus, I'm offering a free video site review for everyone who signs up (that's a $197 value). After you make your LL2 purchase send me an email with your URL and I'll do a full video site review that covers your entire site from homepage to checkout and everything in between.

Get Your Own Products

I'm going to rant a bit, those with sensitive constitutions should leave now, I want to offend you but can't stand listening to your complaints. All right, here it goes. I can't effing stand it when I get emails from other store owners looking for advice.

What do I look like? I'm not going to take time out of my day to explain to you how I got my store up and running. I'm not going to give you step by step instructions on how you can build your own store. And I'm certainly not going to give you a list of my vendors with contact information. Are you joking? Why would you even ask for that? You just figure I've got a store so now all I do is sit on my ass collecting money all day? Well my friend you are wrong... and stupid.

I don't do consulting, there is no suggestion anywhere on my site that I do it, so stop asking for it. You lazy bastard, do your own research, actually learn how to run an online business instead of asking for handouts. This is a real business and I run it, I have no time to be handing out information and techniques that have taken me years to master.

I sell an online video course called Online Store Profits and am part of a large forum for individuals who work online. Buy my course or get a membership to the forum and I'll be happy to give you all the information you desire - except my vendor's names, c'mon. Running an online store is hard work just like any other business, you can't just waltz in and expect someone to hold your hand and walk you through it. Put in some effort people.

Newsletters Are Necessary

Lots of people balk at the need for regular newsletters to be sent to a customer list. Mostly I think it's because so many doubt their writing ability. It is true that some people write better than others and there are some who really can't write to save their life. That's just how it goes, as humans we all can't be good at everything. But even if you fall into that non-writer category that's no excuse.

You don't have to be a wordsmith to send out a professional newsletter, no matter what you are selling. Try creating a theme for each newsletter. Then fill it out with product pictures related to your theme. Then all you really have to do is write a small blurb about your theme topic and tell your customers it's on sale. Not so bad, especially after you do it a few times.

It might be hard and a little scary but newsletters will bring you repeat customers. It's a reminder that you're around, something an online business definitely needs. The Internet is a vast entity with many other beings floating around in it. Try to think of the websites you visited for the past month, you probably can't name more than a 1/3 of them, if that. Help your customers help you.

Of Course I'm Real

That's right I said real, not for real, big difference there. Generally only crazy people feel they have to prove that they are real, but sometimes those of us online do too. And it's weird everytime. I know there are fears about the Internet, it makes sense; but if I offer my phone number, address, multiple email addresses, and the ability to pay with a credit card a chargeback can be done on why should I have to? I have all the same things as Overstock or Amazon, but I bet they don't get calls demanding identification.

To all you surfers out there, stop being such a bunch of paranoid freaks and educate yourself. Learn what to look for and recognize it when you see it. Questions are fine, but deciding you need to speak to the owner just because you want to know there is a real human processing your order is ridiculous. Much obliged.

As a side note, if anyone is interested in learning how to build a yahoo store I have just the website for you... mine.
